To secure your tutoring session, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit holds your dedicated time slot with our tutor and will be applied towards the total cost of your session.
24+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your session at any available time without penalty.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be noted. More than two such reschedules within a 60-day period will be considered habitual and may result in the cancellation of the tutoring contract at the discretion of Stack Solutions. Any remaining prepaid sessions may be forfeited.
Client Cancellations: All cancellation refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact sarah@stacksolutions.tech to discuss if your cancellation qualifies for a refund. We will respond to your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original form of payment.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit.
Please cancel or reschedule your session by clicking the "change/cancel appointment" link found in your booking confirmation email.
In the rare event that Stack Solutions needs to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and contact you to reschedule at your earliest convenience, or provide a full refund.
